Mr. Horne brings over 35 years of city planning experience to the firm. Most recently he worked as Planning Director for the City of Whitefish and has held Director positions for Jackson, WY, Great Falls, MT and Walla Walla, WA. He brings extensive experience in land use planning, development review, and comprehensive planning With the addition of Mr. Horne, AppCom will be able to offer a broader range of planning services. Since joining the firm, AppCom has undertaken a needs assessment for the Whitefish Housing Authority and contracted with Benewah County, ID for growth management services.
