The Montana Tourism Strategic Plan was featured at the annual Montana Governor''s Conference on Tourism in April.  Applied Communications is part of the project team that is updating the 5-year strategic Plan.  The Hingston-Roach Group from Grangeville, ID prepared the last 5-year plan and is the lead in the updating process.  The preliminary draft of the plan was introduced to over 400 people attending the conference.  The recommended strategies are the outcome of outreach sessions conducted across Montana and an on-line survey that was completed by over 800 tourism industry businesses and professionals.  More information is available from: http://travelmontana.mt.gov/2008strategicplan/
