The most recent addition of Western Planner features an article by AppCom Principal, Kathleen McMahon.  The article reviews the American Planning Association, "Rebuilding America" initiative.  Ms. McMahon was co-chair of the APA Task Force that produced a white paper that reviews national infrastructure issues and recommends policy for federal, state and local decision makers.  The Western Planner magazine is available at:  www.westernplanner.org
