The initial step is to conduct an analysis of the existing regulations and produce an issue paper discussing zoning issues. Parcitipants in town meetings identified character based zoning as a priority for the community. The city anticipates that the issue paper will provide a foundation to seek additional funding to amend the zoning regulations.
